A well-established West Sussex law firm has just welcomed a new Head of Conveyancing at its Petworth office.
West Sussex law firm Anderson Longmore and Higham (AL&H) welcomed a new Solicitor at its Petworth office this month. Holly Armstrong (pictured) has joined the firm as the head of the Conveyancing Department at the Petworth office, having previously worked for London firms Barnes Morley and Winckworth Sherwood.
Holly brings to the Firm a broad range of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases, auction sales, lease extensions, new build disposals including shared ownership and shared equity schemes acting for both purchasers and sellers, tenancy and leasehold issues and the disposal and granting of long and short commercial leases. Holly is also experienced in all aspects of development site acquisition and disposal.
Andrew Brooke, the Senior Partner, said “we are really happy to have Holly join the Firm. As well as leading the Conveyancing Team at our Petworth office, Holly will be able to attract and handle more complex commercial property transactions both locally and nationally.”
