Holly is based in our Petworth office. She qualified in 2004 and trained and worked in London solicitors specialising in social housing property work and more general property transactions for private individuals and developers.
Holly has a broad range of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases, auction sales, lease extensions, new build disposals including shared ownership and shared equity schemes acting for both purchasers and sellers, tenancy and leasehold issues and the disposal and granting of long and short commercial leases. Holly is also experienced in all aspects of development site acquisition and disposal.
Holly lives locally and in her spare time, can generally be found on a sideline somewhere supporting her young son in his sporting endeavours.
