PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team; the position will be based at our Storrington office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for furnishing an existing caseload of work including; drafting wills, trusts, probates and elderly care and play an active part in the firm's business development strategy.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
• Must have demonstrably good training during previous career
• Experience of handling own caseload for a minimum of three years
• Experience of drafting simple and complex wills
• LPA's and court of protection
• Obtaining probate and estate administration
• Tax returns and knowledge of IHT
• Estate accounts
• Elderly client advice experience
• Experience advising clients on protection of assets for long term care
• Some experience of or enthusiasm for business development
• Drafting skills, professional education
• Excellent file management and the ability to meet financial targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with existing and potential new clients
• Personable and presentable.
Salary negotiable and dependant on experience.
